Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Please TAKE NOTE of the this point.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (Do not concern a scrap product)
All goods bought from MD Global Trading GmbH can be returned. If it does not meet the specifications previously discussed before sealing a deal between our company and yours. We select the best of the best teams that work on a daily basis to verify each and everyone of our suppliers’ products before they are been shipped to you. So always expect the best from us. Order products from us in bulk and at factory price.
What to do if the refund has not confirmed: Refund and Returns Policy
All we need to complete your return is a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email. Notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund when since it may take up to a week or 2 at most.
After approval, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment used for the order (sending bank account and no other one), within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank manager, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, you should equally mail your product back to the same departure port. Do not worry about this, we will be available to lead you through all the steps for your package to get back to us for your refund process to be activated. *You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
